PUJA RAJADHYAKSHA
Founder & Business Head, UBelong Consulting

Puja is a versatile media and entertainment professional with over 25 years of industry experience in business management and content planning across companies. Her extensive career spans across leadership roles at renowned companies such as Disney-Star, Sony Entertainment Television, and ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited.
With a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a background in Sociology, Puja seamlessly integrates her knowledge and skills to manage organizational hierarchies , nurture team dynamics, and align personal values with organizational goals.

Having travelled extensively, Puja has forged many networks with a compelling vision of equity and inclusion for both customers and employee cohorts.

As a cultural enthusiast, Puja is adept at analyzing organizational climates and recommending strategies that drive results through innovative people management practices.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Puja is referred to as a Founder of UBelong, a dedicated working mother, homemaker, pet mom, and a passionate storyteller. She strives to positively influence people and perspectives, guided by her mantra: "Adapt to change or be the change!

Preeti, a senior Learning & Development professional and an Academician with over 24 years of work experience who is passionate about organization change, Employee and Learner engagement, and has proven track record of innovation and delivery for learning interventions in Posh (Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace, 2013), Diversity Equity & Inclusion and various durable skills like Emotional Intelligence and Business Communication.

During her career, she has helped to standardize HR processes across Indian and overseas locations; she has trained workforce across Europe and Latin America for building stakeholder synergies and culture cohesiveness. As a human resource business practitioner she has been accountable for talent acquisition/management, Organizational Development, introducing and improvising Performance Management Systems, employee engagement initiatives, and handling cases related to Sexual Harassment of women at workplace 2013.

She is a management graduate from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies(NMIMS) Mumbai and has a diploma in Training from Indian Society for Training Development (ISTD). She is a certified Posh Consultant and Diversity Equity &Inclusion Trainer from KelpHR.

She is also Visiting faculty at Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).

She also has many certifications in her name including Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and A Life of Happiness and Fulfilment from Indian School of Business

She is an External Posh Consultant with many MNC and SME's and has delivered close to 800 hrs of training on Employee awareness and has been an External member of Internal Committee (IC) with over 35 organizations since 2020.

Anand Sreedhar

Anand Sreedhar is a seasoned professional in Retail Banking, Relationship Management, and Learning & Development with over 25 years of enriching experience primarily within the Banking & Financial Services Industry (BFSI). His career spans diverse roles including Sales, corporate leadership, learning & development, marked by a profound impact on business strategy, employee engagement, relationship management, and increasing productivity.

As an Independent Consultant and Trainer since January 2018, Anand has spearheaded accelerated sales, effective communication, personal effectiveness, employee engagement and leading with trust, training initiatives, for key institutions such as ICICI Prudential Asset Management, IDFC First Bank, Bank of Baroda, Bajaj Finance, India Infoline, Shapoorji Pallonji, Perfetti Van Melle and Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, among others. His expertise extends to designing and delivering bespoke training programs tailored to meet specific business objectives, evidenced by his tenure at Manipal Global Education Services where he specialized in sales solutions and educational program development.

Prior to his consultancy roles, Anand served as Deputy Vice President & Regional Head, Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) at Axis Bank, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of banking professionals across the western region. His tenure at Axis Bank also saw him excel in various customer-facing roles, driving relationship management and sales strategies across business, retail, and corporate banking segments at the branch, regional and national level spanning 15+ years.

Anand has completed his master's in business administration, complemented by certifications in training methodologies and specialized banking domains. His passion for continuous learning is evident through certifications from esteemed institutions and his involvement in educational initiatives with premier management schools.

Anand is revered for his strong leadership acumen, effective team management skills, and a genuine dedication to personal and professional development. His dynamic approach to training and consultancy continues to leave a lasting impact on organizations, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.

Dr. Umangi Mehta

Dr. Umangi Mehta is a communication trainer, with experience in facilitating courses related to managerial communication and negotiation skills.
She is specialized in training members in the threefold areas of spoken communication, written communication and non-verbal communication. Her experiential approach helps participants navigate the rhetoric of communication in specific contexts and office settings.

She is also an academician and has worked with institutes like SBM – NMIMS, Sardar Patel Institute of Technology and Sardar Patel College of Engineering. She has been associated with Tata Institute of Social Sciences with one of their projects, Connected Learning Initiative (which was the winner of UNESCO King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa Prize) in the capacity of an editor. Having pursued her PhD in the field of English Literature, with specific focus on Caribbean Literature, her thesis examined the rewriting by Caribbean writers in juxtaposition with the English classical texts which amplifies her storytelling skills. She has extensive experience in facilitating learning experience in soft skills, business communication and negotiation skills.
